“Avoid like the plague!”

I took up a year's hosting service with heart last year. Found the tools available clunky and not fit for my purpose but it did a job for a while. I received my credit card statement last week to find that they had charged me a full second year with no authorisation, and they have now refused to give me a refund (because I did not respond in sufficent time to an e-mail they say they sent me but was never received?!). They have a 'customer service' number but this just goes dead and the only way to contact them is through their web based system. This is hopeless. Although they respond quickly, they never answer your actual question and every time you get a different story. You would get more sense out of a bunch of chimpanzees. Stay away!
