online order didn't work 9even though i got a confirmation email that it had. Then said they couldn't put the package through in one go, just booked the TV install and told me to ring back about broadband and phones and they'd fit it in together. rang back and then said the wouldn't. Will have no broadband or phone in my new house for 2 weeks now.
Asked to speak to someone to complain and was told there wasn't anyone. Asked to speak to a manager and they tried to talk me out of that. I insisted and then they put me on hold for ages just so that I would eventually hang up.
Not acceptable - I would advise you if you can to go with Virgin Media as their customer service is light years ahead of Sky in every department!
