I have bought various items over the past 4 years and the jewellery I wear occasionally (not every day) and take off for housework etc. I have lost 2 separate stones from 2 different rings and one large stone in a claw setting just popped out and disintergrated when an experienced jeweller altered the size of the ring - this was a blue aquamarine. He kindly replaced it for me free of charge as I am a good customer. Her did say he gets lots of gems tv rings in for stones coming lose. I bought a victorian style marcasite brooch for my daughter and again stones have come out. I have in my personal collection of jewellery items dating back to the 1920's and 1930's and the stones are still intact. I will not be buying from them again
