“next day joke”

I ordered and paid for in full a pair of trousers and paid for next day delivery when by 4pm the next day they had not arrived I telephoned them and was told they had been dispatched and would be with me by 8pm they never came including two telephone calls at 10p a minute altogether I have paid almost £6 over the top and still not got them
have posted the experience of the firms intranet that is read by over 8000 employees would not recommend them to my worst enemy
should have smelt a rat when the y tried to keep me on the phone when placing the order saying did i want a catalogue and they had to do a credit check all the time the phone bills going up at 10p a minute average call 6=8 minutes on both occassions
