Their website has always done the job fine. It has taken using another banks online service to realise just how good a setup NatWest have.

The security can be tedious, but again, it is better than their rivals.

I don't think I have ever had any issues with my NatWest online banking. It just works.

Just posted how bad another banks service was and thought I should give praise where it was due. Have taken their great service for granted so far but now appreciate it.
