I wasn't sure about spending over £1000 on something I had never laid eyes on, so I contacted the company over the phone. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was very helpful and put my mind at ease. I then selected the diamond and the ring using the information given over the phone, and the idiots guide on the site. The ring arrived on the date and the time specified and was more than I could have wished for.
I had been to every diamond store on the high street and seen the rings I could afford and the ring that arrived blew the rest away. Value for money is an understatement.
