For more than one occasion I had to get a puncture in the rear tire done in London Victoria's shop. Both times, after the service, the nut on my rear tire wasn't tighten properly. This means the the actual tire changed position while I was cycling. The first time I tighten it myself, I wasn't really happy but didn't think about it too much. The second time the bike actually stopped in the middle of the road and a truck drove a foot far from me. I tried to tighten the nut but I couldn't because all the edges were smooth. When I brought it in, the nut was in perfect conditions. The thing that made me upset the most is that no one, when I went to pick up the bike, told me about this problem. They could have called me telling me about the nut and asking me to change it. But this didn't happen and it resulted in my getting almost ran over by a truck.
