“After-sale nightmare”

I have to agree with the review below, we had received excellent pre-sales service and moved into our new home March 2010. We had a relatively small snag list that was agreed with Bellway. Since then it has been an ongoing battle to get work done. We reported faults with our home June 2010 and to date (July 2011) we have yet to have any of our issues resolved.

We find their after care service appalling and incredibly unhelpful. Following our experience we would not buy another Bellway house and would strongly recommend to anyone else thinking of doing so to look else where.
