Extremely poor customer support. Terrible phone reps. Booking a ticket is pretty quick and efficient. After that, good luck with getting any reasonable help. Its amazing how a company can continue to function the same way even after so many negative reviews and experiences. Do managers/executives really believe they are doing an outstanding job with no reason to improve or are they just chugging along with impunity?
