“cannot fault them !”

Not being a keen flyer i was nervous, but ryanairs quick turnaround time really helped, from boarding to take off took no time at all, there isnt much leg room but i travelled with my sixteen month old baby and the staff were brilliant , there was three drinks services with plent of choice- quite pricey but arent all airlines? it was a four hour flight with no problems, and there are alot of bad reviews about ryanairs check in policies and charges etc ,but we had no problems because we read the rules,it states everywhere - 15kg hold luggage and 10 kg hand luggage - who in there right mind wouldnt check before arriving at the airport?? they clearly state there limits and charges and to see people scratching there heads at check in when they try and board with a 23 kg suitcase is bewildering!! delays happen with all airlines- paying £100's more doesnt make delays not happen , and speak civilly to the staff and receive the same back!! will use them again !!
