i purchased the blagdon mini pond 3500 which incidently was the best price from paddock farm against about ten other COMPETITORS, right from the order being placed the follow up has been first class and way beyond what you expect these days from retail or commercial COMPANIES.I received updates all the way through up to delivery which was almost INSTANT!!,EVEN time and who was DELIVERING. james arrived on time with a big smile and a professional curtious MANNER. i could not believe it all went so WELL, however i did have a PROBLEM. when i set it up some of the parts did not FIT??, [THIS i must add was obviously a "BLAGDON" FAULT,] never fear when i contacted paddock farm i spoke to gerry who continued the great service by sorting out the non fitting parts which i again received INSTANTLY[THINK they must have harry potter working for them on the QUIET] I'M planning to create another water feature and i know exactly where to go NOW!! i will also take some friends down to visit as the water gardens look so good on the WEBSITE. excellent service value and DELIVERY.
