“Great product but poor customer service and very slow...”

Ordered a print for my son's birthday, so delivery on time was important. Didn't get any acknowledgement of my order, so I contacted Four Blank Walls for confirmation that they had received it, and estimate of delivery. Received a very curt email advising that they didn't acknowledge orders. Obviously didn't have it because this was follows a couple of days later by a further email advising that my order had been stuck in the server and it would be despatched within a few days. Didn't get any advice of delivery so contacted them again 10 days later, to be told it was being despatched the next day and would be delivered in 2-3 days. Didn't arrive when promised, so contacted them again, to be told that the courier needed a WEEK to make the delivery! Print arrived eventually, but no means of hanging it (!!) The print is very nice, but I'm not remotely impressed with the service. They seem to treat customers as a bit of a nuisance - not a good way to run a business.
