The customer service with company is terrible. I had problems meeting a payment and called to advise what had happened and when I would pay them. It was over a small ammount and only a few days late. They were not helpful and just kept repeating what payment I had to make and could I make it now - despite me telling them I didnt have the money !

The worst thing about this company is they will telephone you all day, Sundays included and late into the evening asking for money even if you have explained you cant pay !! In the end I had to just keep hanging up every time they called. They called me 14 times in one day. They just harass you and are not helpful. They do not reply to letters or have an email address. Interest is high and increases regularly and charges are really bad too.

Dont use them !
