Well, if the item I want appears online as available for home delivery I expect to receive it at the same time as everything else. It was only when my order arrived i was told that it was out of stock and to re-order something else. Which would mean losing the 15% discount offer and paying for delivery. But all the time the website said and says that it is in stock. If I'd known it was unavailable I would have selected an alternative.
The other item was received damaged. It is out of stock for home delivery so again I lose the benefit of combining items for free delivery and the 15% discount. It is in stock (according to the internet)in a nearby store so hubby is driving 10 miles to exchange. We hope.
Other online stores manage their stock control OK, so why can't Go Outdoors?
