“Excellent customer service”

The website is very clear and easy to use. The customer service from Havens is spot on. They held my order for me as I was on holiday when it was due to be delivered. The delivery arrived when I was advised it would be and the items were very well packaged. Emails from Havens kept me informed from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with my order. How good to find a company who believe in customer service. One to recommend
