Good Points
In June I flew Business Class from Hong Kong to Sydney. The service was excellent and the staff were immaculately dressed. The food was the best I have ever had on any airline. I would definitely fly with them in preference to any other line. Also I was very impressed with how the captain kept us informed on the flight.

Bad Points
I cannot think of any bad points.

General Comments
From my experience it is an excellent airline and I hope to fly with them again. I feel fortunate that because of over booking with Qantas - due to one of their flights being cancelled - I had the opportunity of flying with Cathay Pacific. I would also like to add that the help I received from their employees at the desk at Hong Kong was excellent - particularly from a young man who went out of his way to ensure that my transfer from my flight on British Airways from London went smoothly and that my luggage was transferred to Cathay Pacific. Overall my experience was extremely enjoyable.
