I have travelled with other airlines from BA to Virgin ect
RYANAIR is the only Airline that have actually helped me with my disabled daughter. I DID NOT ask for assisted help as i have NEVER received it when i have asked for special assistance with other Airlines.
RYANAIR saw we needed extra support when we boarded the plane they were very professional.
They were on time,. inexpensive. We knew the weights of the suitcases and hand luggage.We abided by the rules.
The only problem was, they said they were boarding when they were not, we had to run to the boarding gate.
