I too was surprised to find these negative reviews.

Me and my husband recently used the Netmovers service to find our new home after looking over the last year.

Since our daughter left home we needed a change. We had real trouble with all the variuos estate agents around Manchester. There are so so many.

We spoke with Netmovers and they used our preferences to find properties. Some of them werent great but they put us in touch with an agent in Didsbury which handled the home we have now moved into last month.

I did have to speak to them a couple of times and there were a few dead ends as some of the properties they suggested were just not right for us. But in the end we found the right house and we would recomend the service. I also remember the music on the phone being quite loud!
