I called here when looking for a wedding hair stylist. Very helpful on the phone - offered me a FREE consultation appointment to discussed what I wanted to get a quotation price, agreed. I took time off work, arrived to find no appointment had been put in the book, they managed to 'squeeze' me in. The very moody girl spent most of the time showing me pictures of what she did at Jodie marshes wedding rather than spending anytime asking what I waned. I told her what I wanted in the end (half up half down) only to be told everyone has this and she ONLY does what she thinks is best and as everyone has half up half down I should have something different.... I expressed I WANTED half up half down and she proceeded to experiment with my hair for ideas (I wasn't expecting this) and then put my hair up in it's entirety, it wasn't what I wanted and agreed with my friend who was with me, didn't suit me. However despite this, she insisted it did and the said she would post out a price for me. Post?? Why not tell me now while I was there, it's a hair style.... And one shed already just done in 15 minutes, so surely shed have a price already - not that I wanted it doing after the poor service. When I turned to leave, the receptionist took my address for the postal quote to be sent to, AND THEN proceeded to charge me £60 for my FREE consultation (which I might add they forgot to book anyhow!). I argued with them but they rudely denied anything about a free consultation. I was disgusted. The service here all round is extremely poor and I would highly recommend avoiding it. This was actually 3 years ago and to this day I am still receiving text messages from them all the time with offers. I have text them back, email and written to the shop to demand they stop contacting me, but guess what, 3 years on and I am STILL getting canvasing messages. They also kept sending me an invoice for wedding day work right up until 1 week before my wedding saying unless I pay my deposit my wedding day booking will be cancelled!!! ...considering I never booked them in the first place they were clutching at straws thinking I was going to book with them!!!? Poor poor service. Deal with at your peril! I thought they might have shaped up since it was 3 yes ago, but by reading these reviews I'll leave you to make your own mind up!
