“Waste of Space”

I have never dealt with such an incompetent and bare faced lying firm as they are. Firstly they took my money despite saying I just had to pay a deposit and then never heard from them for weeks - despite phone calls I was eventually told that my item had been sent at the beginning of the week and had still not received it by the end of the week they even had the cheek to give me a tracking number - one that did not exist. Despite repeated telephone calls demanding my money back although they said it had been paid into my account it hasnt. I would after the experience I have had not recommend them and if anything give this firm a very wide berth.
