I would like to open with the fact that I was impressed with the service provided by Pareto, despite not being successful after attending the day I realised that I did not want to be a sales person, which was as good as getting a placement afterall. Sales can be extremely hard to switch from once your tied into it, as I have witnessed from many of my friends.
Although I liked this company, you have to be realistic. I graduated with a 2.2 in Biomedical Science and had many discussions with my Pareto advisor, Nadia, if it was worth me applying because of my grade. She assured me the grades DO NOT matter. (but remember, it is their job to get as many people through to their assessments REGARDLESS of suitability; you are just a number)
