“No problems at all, fantastic A Rated Windows...”

Glad i never cam to this site before i signed the contact. Doesn't look great for them even though all of the bad reviews seem to be about their methods of attracting business rather than their quality of product or service. Luckily i called them.

Now for the good news, having see their advertisement in the local paper I decided to pop into their showroom in Streetly. After having a bit of trouble finding it (satnav probs - not the best with technology) i was suprised at the quality of the showroom. They had recently installed a number of new displays including conservatories, windows etc. Had a look round and was met by a sales women from the office upstairs. Very pleasant and polite lady who did everything to help me and had an answer for everything. I then asked what the next move was in which she made an appointment for someone to measure up and give us a price for the job. A couple of days later the salesman arrived, smartly dressed older chap whos name i forget. Very nice man but keen to get a sale. ( which was to be expected) The windows we wanted were the top end windows which we knew would be a bit more expensive than just budget windows. We also wanted some patterning or leading on the front windows. Having chosen our windows it was time for the price. The initial quote was for 8grand which we said was far too much for us and after a bit of messing around and bartering we managed to agree a deal at 6500. A really good deal. we were given a week to think about it after the deal was made which the called a cooling off period where if we changed our mind we would be able to cancel and get our deposit back. Because of the cooling off period we were reassured that we had nothing to worry about because they were not desperate to take the deposit from us. A week after the windows have been installed and im pleased to say there were no problems, nothing like i have read on this site and if i had come on this site i probably would have gone elsewhere however i dont think there are any window firms on review centre which have a good rep. no problems and recommended. Glad we weren't canvassed by the looks of it - My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with this company is GO INTO THE SHOWROOM AND SEE FOR YOURSELF, DON'T GET CANVASSED OR IF YOU DO, ARRANGE A SHOWROOM APPOINTMENT
