we needed a direct flight from manchester and canadian affair delivered.booking was easy on line.a very helpful membere of the booking team phoned us back and sorted out a few details such as picking up our hire car from the airport instead of downtown vancouver.the flight with thomas cook left near enough on time and landed early.the seats [pre booked]were hard, espeially after nine hours!food was ok,its airline budget afterall.they could do better on the entertainment,seat back screens did not all work and kept getting interrupted by pointless cabin announcements.booking in@manchester was a dream, no queues!would we use canadian affair again? yes.
