After trying to order an item from the tesco direct wesite I was met with a series of 'unexpected errors' which would not allow me to apply my well earned tesco clubcard online vouchers. So I phoned tesco direct to order it over the phone to apply my voucher codes. In the meantime my clubcard account became inaccessible with another 'unexpected error' and I could no longer log into my clubcard account. At this point I phoned tesco clubcard helpline to find out what was going on! Was told that it was a technical error and there was nothing they could do (brilliant), so I thought I will merge my points card onto my partners account and access the codes from there to purchase my item ( pretty simple I thought). No. When I phoned again to add the clubcard to his account I was told this was not possible at this time and I would have to phone back in 'roughly' 2 weeks when their systems could do this. In the meantime I still can't access my clubcard account therefore I can't access my online vouchers and can't buy my baby's mattress. What a joke!! Tesco may have been good value for money if I could actually have bought anything. Think I'll be sticking with my nectar card from now on.
