Having been pushed from pillar to post by previous web hosts, with their "99.9% uptime guaruntee" having turned out to be around 60%, I've been treated very well by Jeffrey at JHM.

The support is fantastic, and the package is worth the money you're paying, if not worth more. If you have an issue, you won't be waiting long for your support tickt to be answered, and any problems won't be rose tinted - they tell it how it is.

Their servers are fast, and provide websites with a quick loading time.

Switching to them was also effortless, and I didn't notice any expenditure in the transfer from my previous host. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an experienced host that treats each customer as an individual.
