I'm a freelance interpreter and very often I need to make international calls on behalf of my clients. I have been serving few of my clients for more than 8 years and at times I don't ask them to pay for the call charges.
Recently on one of the translation forums, I came across a discussion where 2 translators were discussing about voice calling service over internet called Rebtel. For my next telephonic interpretation assignment I chose Rebtel and the voice clarity was superb. But I was more worried about the cost and surprisingly it was hardly anything. Next thing that I did was to check their website and found that their call rates are surprisingly low and also they come up with various offers and monthly discounts.
3 months down the line, I'm a satisfied customer of Rebtel and would surely like to recommend this service to all my fellow interpreters. I referred Rebtel to 4 of my friends and so received referral bonus also. Twice I had chance to speak to their customer support and I was quite satisfied with their feedback and quick response time.
What I like - Good voice clarity, Easy billing, Good Customer Support
What I don't like - I got to know about Rebtel only recently :(
