“FIRE MOUNTAIN BARBECUE - EXCELLENT SERVICE!”

I would highly recommend buying from this company. Our barbecue arrived within days of ordering and, considering the weight, the delivery charge was fair. On assembling the barbcue, part of the handle snapped without any pressure being placed and I was ready for a bit of a fight to get a replacement part. I sent an e.mail and received a reply within hours. I was asked to give the part name and a picture of the broken part. I had a reply the next day saying that the part had been dispatched and I should receive it soon. The NEXT DAY I received a spare handle for each side with no qualms and no cost involved. I have to say this is the best service I have received in years and, in this age of 'not our problem' service, it was so refreshing. Some companies are all to quick to fall over you to buy their products, only to fall short when there is a problem and they make it quite clear they don't want to know. Well done Alfresia - top marks!
