All smiles before we signed & paid the money. Afterwards they didn't want to know. Money grabbing & don't care.
Property poor with lots of issues - they just sidestepped & referred to landlord - who doesnt care either. However, when renewal time came up, pestered & hassled us to re-sign (at £120 a pop every 6 months!) or leave & pay 'checkout of £120.
They will also change fees & rules as they please to fit in with themselves.
This has left us feeling ripped-off without anyone to complain to.
We have approached the council & they are looking into the practises of Your Move, Bognor
