“ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!”

We did the voucher hols from paper, so didn't expect a five star place, but we ended up with not wanting to be there instead!!! We stayed in bronze chalet (Channel View), had two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Sofa bed didn't even work, so one adult had to sleep on floor as there were only three other beds for 4 adults and 1 3yr old!!! The manor house stank of wee, they never even emptied nappy bin all week from mon - fri, no entertainment before 9pm for kids, only 2hrs a day allocated for swimmin, although pool was nice. Our entertainment was sittin in our chalet window and watchin a RAT runnin up drain pipes and into the chalet in front of ours!! No one around to contact it, evening entertainment was two members of staff one on guitar other singing, occasional magician. I spent days telling my daughter she would be going to parties and meet Sparky and Sparkle the rabbit characters from bideford bay, not once did she get to dance or even get a glimpse of rabbits, they never showed!!!
We ended up going to the Milky Way park for two days as they had much more to do there and was only 5mins up the road recommend going there. The chalet was damp, my mum has emphasima so the damp air made her a bit worse. My daughter was scared to sit on the toilet as it moved, so we noticed she was holding it til we went out!! DO NOT STAY HERE ENTER AT OWN RISK!! TAKE PLENTY BLEACH AND CHECK AROUND CHALET FOR ANY PLACES A RAT MAY GET IN!!!!
