I want to loose just a stone, will this help

Bad Points
Im scared of the side affects, it cant kill me can it

General Comments
Im 20 years old and just want to loose a stone , i have tried everything from diet to excercise , nothing had worked this is my only hope



i also got ECA Extreame , diet tablets , but they have not worked , it did give me werid heartbeat



please let me know as i maybe purchase this product???
