“Creditsafe win in the Customer Service department for me!”

There are a large number of websites offering the service which Creditsafe provides and I have used a number of them but I feel Creditsafe provides a great level of customer service. You get your own account manager (Mine is Michelle Regan-Hughes who is friendly and helpful). Whether I contact her via email or phone she is always quick to assist with my questions and queries and in a world where good Customer Service is deteriorating this is important for me. It helps to know I have someone familiar with our company's use etc. Michelle is often assisting me to make sure I get the best suitable deals and discounts for my company.
The website has had a few changes recently but again Michelle was there to assist me and my team. It was nice not to have to ring up and speak to a complete stranger in some IT department!
I have not and cannot see our company getting this level of customer service service elsewhere and so will be staying put!.
