Good Points
No problems at all in terms of build quality, usage, durability and so on, even in our area of extremely hard water. Great looking machine too.

Bad Points
None really noted. Occasionally gets airlocked but is easy to fix, and like any machine, it's important that you keep it scrupulously clean and descaled.

General Comments
The Dualit 84009 is a lovely machine which looks great and performs well. I can't really fault it, and we've owned it for coming up to two years.
