“Definite Customer Satisfaction”

I made an on-line search for Sub Zero G suitcases, saw what I wanted at an excellent price on the Direct Luggage site so ordered two sizes, went through the process of payment then sat back thinking I had done well. Before leaving the site I had another look at what was on offer from Direct Luggage and saw that for only another £35 I could have a third mid size suitcase in the set! I telephoned Customer Care at Direct Luggage and explained to a very helpful guy that I had changed my mind. He assured me that changing the order would not be a problem and he proceeded to take the new particulars and cancelled my previous order. Delivery was free and the promise was next day delivery. The time at this point was 13.09 on 21 June and as I live in Scotland I really didn't think
