“WICKES AWFUL COMMUNICATION POOR DELIVERY AND PARTS MISSING”

Ok went to the new Wickes in Paignton Devon ordered a shower cubicle at a good price staff were helpful I ordered on the 2/06/2011 it was going to be delivered on Friday 1oth June. I had a phonecall a few days before to say delivery would be on the 10th in the morning it was coming from Exeter so I waited no delivery I phoned Exeter branch and they it was not in stock the whole attitude was a couldnt be bothered one his words were we phoned the paignton branch they will phone you.
I then phoned the Paignton branch and told them I was not happy as fitters were here waiting to install I have to say Andy was good he said give me half an hour and when he phoned me back they were sending a van up to taunton to pick one up and it should be with me by 4pm it arrived but my fitters had to leave.
Monday the fitters arrived removing old shower cubicle and went about putting the new one together but there was a piece missing graet another phone call to Paignton again by this time I was getting a little testy Andy once again was helpful and rang me back saying that someone would don friday 17th with the parts he did apologise and I cant really fault the staff at this branch but I have gone nearly a week without a shower having to wash down in a sink not good.
I would not advise anyone to buy stuff from this company there service is awful they have not even offered to refund delivery charge very poor.
Whoever does the stock control in Exeter should be shot
