joined 2 days ago, after 11 hours ** progress nil. asked for refund. told in no uncertain way, you will not have a refund....they have a problem with the system, so why not close it (as it is c**p)untill is is usable? Bolshy attitude if you contact. given instructions to keep back clicking, no use time after time.i was recomended by a friend but will not pass it on to anyone. gave me a 20 credits credit !!! cost me 30 to complain!, is that a pi** take or wot?? time wasting ,frustrating, and a waste of time. for a company with this income they need to break into another £tenner. pathetic..ruined a gift for golden wedding and no use complaining. dont complain, if you have a tree running or guess wot???
