I had been meaning to get my audi Q7 serviced but I just didn't have the time, I found service4service online and saw that they offer a free collection and delivery service which was perfect for me. I telephoned their free number and spoke to a very polite guy called mike who explained the whole service to me. I agreed to go ahead and he sent me a confirmation e-maail with the total price, which put my mind a rest knowing there was going to be no suprise at the end when paying.
I received a phonecall the night before my vehicle was due to go in to check that everything was still ok.
A guy turned up to collect my car at 9am and went through all the paperwork with me, he looked over my car for any dents or scratches and then asked me to sign saying I agree there was no damage, a few hours later I received a phonecall from mike to inform me that my car needed a new front tyre. I knew this wasn't going to be cheap but mike quoted me a great price and I went ahead.
A little while later a lady from the accounts department called me to tell me the car was complete and to take payment this was by card, I was abit weary but the lady reassured me and the payment went through fine, my car was then dropped off at my work by the same guy that picked it up he asked me to sign the paperwork again and gave me my keys, service4service also offer a free wash and vac, I wasn't expecting much but the car ws cleaner then when I brought it.
I will deffinatly be using the service again, the staff were polite and couldn't do enough to help. Great work guys
