“Poor Customer Service and Poor management”

WOW I have never heard a call like it- I contacted the call centre for the post office who sold my Aviva insurance just to be told they had cancelled my insurance after I had paid ALL the payments for the last 5 months and now wanted 800GBP from me immediately. Then they said if I did not like it I could go to the FSA. So why did they cancel? They said they did not get the 08 June 2011 payment on time- but wait a moment its 09 June 2011 and don't they have to give me notice- a warning? What a mess and then the customer service guy Martin would not let me speak to a manager- how can I complain to the FSA if they do not speak to me about the claim and tell me why they have cancelled. Now I can't get insurance and no manager either at the post office or Aviva will speak to me. I WILL NEVER GO WITH AVIVA AGAIN after what they put me through, 2hrs of a waste of time and still no resolution. I can't believe it.
