Strange - with Pay As You Go, calling landlines, I'd have very few complaints. As soon as I went on monthly sub, UK only [I''m based in the UK] - pretty poor, at times dreadful. Calls drop and, at times, they don't even start. A few manage it to the end of my conversation. Do calls on Pay As You Go get a high priority because they cost more, or because the customer isn't 'in the bag' on a monthly sub and needs to be impressed?
