“Poor Customer Service”

paid for next day delivery and never got the item, they told me it would be a few days? i aksed for a refund of my upgrade next day delivery and they fail to respond.

the email i sent told them i had tracked the item and it was in bristol which was at least 200 miles from me and my local DHL depot was only 10 miles away so i guessed it had been incorrectly routed. I asked if they would refund my delivery upgrade and advise when i would receive the item but the reponse i got was.

tell you all you need to know about dabs and the quality of staff that are unable to read the email sent to them.

"Dear Darren,

Thank you for your email.

Sorry for the delay but I can see that the order has now Been dispatched. The goods should be with you in the next few days.
