Orange as a whole are a joke, customer service very poor and use a foreign call centre with staff that can barely speak english. Have spoke to many different employees of orange and bar from 1 nice helpful lady, all are rude, poor at their jobs and very poorly educated!
Broadband was activated early Feb and have had a decent connection for about 2 hours since then. Have rung over 100 times and still no luck. I cancelled my DD and although they credited me for the months it hasnt worked, it still is not working. I am going to cancel my broadband and go to a proper company that delivers what they offer!
I also had mobiles with them that willl be going elsewhere once there contracts run out.
I know some people have different feelings about there broadband but just wait until you have to call 150, and spend the rest of your life on hold or speaking to a foreign agent called John who can barely speak english!
