“Slow service, big queues, cheesy decor”

I'm a complete coffee addict and can't survive a morning without a strong dark americano of filter coffee to get me kicked off. Costa is on my way from Richmond station to the office so I occasionally pop in.

The coffee itself is usually pretty good but the service is sooo slow and no matter what time of day I go there the queue is almost out of the door.

I rarely drink in but when I do the decor is rubbish. Cheesy, out of date, like a cross between a Wetherspoons pub and a old persons home rather than the 'genuine' Italian experience they claim to offer in their marketing. No free Wifi either.

Starbucks or Nero are way better!
