“Fantastic Quality & Service”

First of all I would like to thank Gary and Roxanne for the quality of the service they provide.

Wanting to surprise my wife with an eternity ring. I visited several shops, but couldn't find what I was looking for. There were two online sites that I found, one sold readymade products. The Diamond Store sold made to order products.

I found exactly what I was looking for, chose yellow gold and was able to choose the colour and quality of diamonds that I wanted.

Being on a tight schedule, living in the Middle East, with my wife visiting our family in the UK for a month I wanted it delivered in the UK. Choosing a Grace full eternity ring with 3ct of diamonds that was promised to be made and delivered within three working weeks.

After placing my order, the size and time scales were confirmed. I had an order confirmation Gmail allowing me access to a secure order page, where I could view the details and which was updated with regular comments. I received a weekly progress report and rapid answers to my questions. Then finally I was sent delivery confirmation and postal tracking details.

True to their promise the Diamond Store delivered my wifes ring in the three working weeks. My wife is ecstatic with the eternity ring. I am very pleased with the superb service.
