“DO not use this Shuttle Service If you wish to make...”

I prepaid for this shuttle service to pick me up at my Paris hotel to take me to Charles de Gaulle airport for an international flight to the U.S. I received a confirmation voucher via e-mail that instructed that I would be picked up at my hotel between 3:15 and 3:30 hours prior to the flight departure time. At 2:30 hours before the flight departure time the shuttle still had not arrived. I attempted several times to call the "emergency" number to find out where the shuttle was and the line just kept ringing -- no answer at all. Also, the company had my cell phone number so could have called if the driver was delayed. According to the hotel, the shuttle NEVER arrived -- despite the fact that I prepaid AND had a confirmed voucher. I ultimately had to take a taxi to the airport and made my flight just as it was boarding. Do yourself a favor and avoid AIRPORT-SHUTTLE.COM
