I ordered a card and gift for my friends who were getting married and I needed to get it there urgently so I paid for next day delivery. It has not arrived and is now useless as they have gone away to get married. I have emailed Moonpig and have received no reply. They still continue to send me emails to spend more money. The card I ordered originally for my son's birthday was good but I do not like a company that ignores problems.
