“Pleasure to use”

Information up front regarding cancellation policy, well laid out, simple and pleasing interface ~ and a breeze to use! I liked the check marks after each entry. Once the booking was made, I was able to add it to my calendar which was a nice touch. Then I had the option of personalized driving directions from where I was staying the night before to the new booking location. Perfect! The email booking arrived instantaneously in my inbox. I use tripit.com to organize travel itineraries, and it was able to upload the confirmation without issue from booking.com ~ all in all a quick and painless process.
