I have been with T-Mobile for many a year, since they were 1 TO 1, and reading some of the comments here I can truly say that I have had no major problems with the customer services. They have mostly been very helpful - although recently they cannot give me any deal better than what is on their website. Rather disappointing seeing as I have been a long standing customer. I guess loyalty means nothing in this day and age. I do not think the coverage is great, in-so-far as on many occassions I had trouble getting any signal at all let alone a single bar. Since their merger with Orange, my phone tends to pick up the Orange signal 90% of the time rather than TM's. Even though this seems like a good idea, it is very irritating as the networks drops your call with no notice as it transfers from one network to the stronger one (this happened 3 times over a 5 minute period this morning whilst on a call to a client!!).
I am looking to leave T Mobile within the next couple of days, not just because of the coverage (most providers are rubbish) but to the lack of loyalty they have to existing customers. Having shopped around it appears the Three have the best offers for the price. Although I know that T -mobile won't be able to compete with the offer with 3, there was no attempt to even offer a discount at all. Their loss.
