“EKMresponse - email marketing software”

As a complete novice in the field of email marketing, I came across the ekmResponse site. Although I have not used ekmPowershp, the email marketing software is very user-friendly and the site extremely straightforward to navigate. I found the 'how to' instructions both attractively presented and helpfully written. Just dipping our toes in the water with small numbers of recipients, we didn't want to commit to monthly payments or to costs based on high send volume. Ekm-response has a flexible approach to this (including free emails up to 100 recipients.) I've appreciated the technical support so far - via online chat initially and then telephone support. I have minimal technical knowledge but working through things with Matt from ekm I've been able to set up my own simple email template (although there are plenty of free templates to choose from, if you know how to adapt them) and get a small email programme off the ground. Recommended.
