I purchased my wedding dress from their shop in Croydon which closed down & i was transferred to the Sydenham branch. My experience from Croydon was very pleasant unlike the Sydenham branch. I went there for my fitting and it was very disappointing. The woman who fitted my dress wasn't particularly friendly and I felt like i was bring rushed, the area upstairs for the fitting wasn't very nice, the seats were very dated and the whole area needed doing up. The changing room wasn't big enough for me and my dress (my dress isn't particularly big) so I was getting changed in front of people i had brought with me who hadn't seen the dress & who i wanted to do a big entrance with. I haven't yet gone back for my final fitting so I’m hoping the alterations are completed to a high standard. I wouldn't recommend this shop for fittings - if you find a dress you like in there it maybe advisable to find a private seamstress for alterations to ensure you have a better experience.
