I agree strongly with the reviewer of 26/4/11...
Unfortunately I was obliged to give them one star on this, but I would prefer minus 10...I have never experienced such atrocious customer ''service'' in my life. I am currently locked in an unbelievably ridiculous effort to have my own phone sent back to me, having had it unlocked by meteor THREE MONTHS AGO. They WILL NOT return my phone, they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails with honest information and a different person signs off at the end of each new dishonest mail. I would never have believed this of a company with such a wide customer base, with whom I have had my mobile phone for about 8 years now. Avoid at all costs!
