I placed my order 3 weeks ago and am still waiitng, the phone lines are ridiculous as i can be in the que for over 30 minutes to be cut off when i reach caller number 2 -1. And this is not due to having low battery life or running out of credit. I have sent numerous emails requesteing an update,but am yet to receive a response.

Wish I had read the reveiws prior to ordering from this site as the whole experiance has been very upsetting .....

Have given a star on customer service because computer would not accept without.
